Our Evolution methodology has been derived from object-oriented methodology, based on the experience of our professionals, the demand from clients and industry standard practices and models. This methodology, developed at our Design Center at Dallas, has been successfully utilized on the projects we have executed.

Every phase of a development process has deliverables that have backward trace-ability and Quality Gates to pass through before being accepted at the next phase. This facilitates the Quality Assurance & Risk Assessment process. The methodology, trace-ability and the graphical notation provide Evolvers with a smooth way of linking business requirements with the end product so that customer participation and interaction at any stage in the life cycle is possible.

Evolution also incorporates principles or Key Process Areas (KPAs) from the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) published by the Carnegie Melon University's Software Engineering Institute (CMU/SEI). It describes the working of the teams during each phase of the life cycle and narrows down the modeling notation to Unified Modeling Language (UML).
